CEO Stephen J. Hirschfeld founded the ELA in 2000. With 30 years of labor and employment law experience, he has worked with employers of all types and sizes on issues ranging from wrongful termination to sexual harassment to discrimination to wage and hour class actions, labor arbitrations, and employment law counseling.
