John D. Tucker joined Hoet Pelaez Castillo & Duque in 2000 as an associate and is now one of HPCD’s partners, after experiencing continuous growth within the Firm. During his career, John has specialized in labor law, particularly in executive compensation matters, data protection and privacy, whistleblowing, and background checks, as well as in contracts, mergers and acquisitions, where he has provided comprehensive advice to clients in complex transactions. John also has extensive experience in the Sports, Life Sciences, and Oil & Gas sectors.
