Randall González heads the Labour & Employment practice at BLP. Prior to that, he was founder of the labour law practices at Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC) and KPMG Costa Rica. With 23 years of specialized experience, Randall is an expert in corporate, as well as litigious labour matters. In addition to his active practice, Randall currently is serving a two-year term as Director of Labour Relations for Latin America by the FIDAGH (the most important human resources management federation in the region. He also continues in his role as the President of the Costa Rican Human Resources Management Association (the most important human resources entity in Costa Rica).
Randall's past experience also includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources of the multinational, CEMEX; as counsel for the International Labour Organization (ILO); and president of the International Congress of Human Capital. He is a professor of Work Psychology for Postgraduate Degrees in Universidad de Costa Rica (UCR) and is an active litigant, currently representing multiple companies in more than 250 judicial disputes.
