Heather Brochin, chair of the firm's Employment and Labor practice, represents employers in employment and employee benefits litigation and counsels them on day-to-day employment law matters. She represents clients in state and federal courts, as well as before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state human rights commissions, primarily in New York and New Jersey.

In addition, she has handled collection and withdrawal liability disputes between multiemployer plans and employers.
