Ltd. in the sale of an approximately 35.4 per cent stake in Olam Agri Holdings to SALIC International Investment Company for approximately US$1.24 billion. The proposed sale to and resulting partnership with SALIC will unlock value for shareholders of Olam Group Limited and catalyse Olam Agri’s access to new markets.
