Our Head of International Arbitration practice, Koh Swee Yen SC has been appointed as a member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration. Swee Yen will serve a three-year term commencing on 1 July 2024. ICC is one of the world’s leading arbitral institutions, with more than a 100-year history.
