Our Deputy Managing Partner Chou Sean Yu has been appointed as a member of the Court of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
The LCIA is one of the world’s leading international institutions for commercial dispute resolution. The LCIA Court is the final authority for the proper application of arbitrations conducted under the LCIA rules and its principal functions are appointing tribunals, determining challenges to arbitrators, and controlling costs. Members of the LCIA Court are experienced arbitrators and international commercial arbitration practitioners drawn from across the world.
