Emil Lindwall is a Senior Manager in Vinge’s employment law team. Having joined the team in 2020, he has since built a broad employment law practicing experience, advising clients on complex reorganisations, cross-border business transfers, terminations of employment, discrimination matters, and work environment issues. He has developed particular strength in advising on complex domestic and international business transfer, reorganisations and restructurings. With a combination of transactional and advisory experience, Emil is known for providing advice that is commercially grounded and directly actionable, enabling clients to make well-informed decisions in both day-to-day operations and high-stakes situations.
