We assist international and domestic clients in all kinds of employment and immigration law issues and offers legal advice and strategic guidance to employers on all aspects of Swedish labour and employment law. We provide assistance with the preparation of employment agreements and other types of agreements between employers and employees, including service agreements for CEOs and other key employees, pension agreements, handling of loyalty, competition and confidentiality issues, dismissals, data protection issues, operational restrictions and reorganisations. We also provide advice in conjunction with reorganisations and changes to the employer’s operations, including transfer of undertakings.
During the course of the last 20 years, Vinge has advised on several of the largest cross-border transactions in the Nordic region and our employment lawyers are often a part of the team which advises on the strategic employment law issues in connection with the purchase and sale of companies or businesses.
