Ryan is a partner at Taylor McCaffrey LLP and he has represented employers and senior employees in a variety of labour and employment matters, for over 20 years.  Ryan is a passionate person, who throws 100% of himself into his practice and serving his clients.   Along with his passion, his clients also benefit from his wide range of skills and knowledge in Labour & Employment Law, some of which has been gained through his role in the Employment Law Alliance (ELA). ELA is the world’s largest network of labour and employment lawyers, covering more than 100 countries, including every Canadian province and every state in the United States.  Ryan is part of Taylor McCaffrey’s senior team that represents Manitoba within the ELA. This means Ryan has experience representing clients at the provincial, national and international level.  He is also a past director of CPHR-Manitoba, the exclusive certifying body in the province for the nationally recognized Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.
