Updated Workplace Screening Requirements Now in Force

On February 10, 2021 the Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health for Ontario updated its COVID-19 Screening Tool for Businesses and Organizations (Screening Workers) and its COVID-19 Screening Tool for Businesses and Organizations (Screening Patrons). Under the Reopening Ontario (A Flexible Response to COVID-19 Act, 2020 and its associated regulations, every business or organization to which the screening tools apply must ensure its workplace screening tools comply with the updated requirements.
