Born in Lima, Peru (1983). He is a lawyer by the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (2007) and holds the title of Second Specialty in Labor Law and Social Security by the same university (2014).
Consultant in the hiring of Peruvian and foreign personnel, mechanisms of untying, reduction of labor costs, salary planning and in labor and tax-labor inspections.
He teaches at the Postgraduate School of the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences - UPC and at ESAN University.
