Gitte Westall is senior counsel with Plesner in Denmark. She is an attorney with many years of counselling and negotiating experience within a wide range of labour and employment law issues.
She deals with general HR-legal issues such as hiring and dismissal of employees, holiday, benefits, illness, non-discrimination, data protection law related to employment and with drafting and performing compliance reviews of contracts, staff policies and other documents connected to employment relationships. Further, she focuses on issues connected to collective bargaining agreements, including interpretation and negotiation of collective bargaining agreements.
Gitte has extensive experience with reorganisations, employment and labour law issues related to transfer of undertakings and outsourcing, collective redundancies, harmonisation of employment conditions, incentive schemes, secondment, immigration, and informing and consulting of employees.
