Mr. Isgut regularly appears before the Equal Employment Opportunity Counsel (EEOC), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and the Puerto Rico Antidiscrimination Unit, as well as other local and federal agencies in representation of employing. Mr. Isgut defends employers in Puerto Rico State Court and Federal Court in unjust termination claims, retaliation claims, sexual harassment claims, ADEA, ADA and Title VII claims, and Puerto Rico discrimination claims.
