A partner in the firm's Charlotte office, Keith Weddington is the Chair of the firm's Regulatory Department. He received his JD, with honors, 1987 and his BA, 1984 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. 

Keith Weddington concentrates his practice in employment law and has extensive experience representing employers in a broad array of disputes with employees and former employees.

Mr. Weddington frequently lectures and participates in seminars on employment law. He has also written numerous articles on employment law topics and compliance issues.

Experience Highlights
Mr. Weddington regularly advises and represents clients in employment law issues, including the following:

  • EEOC proceedings and litigation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act
