Maria Teresa Mendoza is a Partner at Morgan & Morgan and serves in the Labor Law practice group. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Mrs. Mendoza was a Partner at a consulting regional firm specializing in corporate labor counsel and related affairs.
Mrs. Mendoza’s practice specializes in advising clients on all labor and employment matters, including drafting and reviewing employment contracts, employee handbooks, corporate restructurings, termination agreements, social security, labor due diligence, among others.
Mrs. Mendoza holds a LL.B., Political Sciences, from Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua in Panama; and obtained a Specialization in Labor Law and Business Law from Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua and Universidad de Los Andes in Bogota, Colombia, respectively. She also regularly participates as speaker at labor law seminars.
Mrs. Mendoza is admitted to practice law in the Republic of Panama.
