Sónia is an Associate in the Corporate & Finance practice in MdME’s Macau office. Sónia advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity transactions. She also provides ongoing corporate, commercial and employment law support to multinational clients operating in Macau.
In addition, Sónia provides regulatory and commercial assistance to gaming equipment manufacturers, service providers and other relevant players in the gaming and integrated resort industry.
Sónia is also a member of our digital transformation team, supporting clients in overcoming the legal and regulatory aspects of technology disruption.
EDUCATION
Law degree (Faculty of Law, University of Macau).
