Ms. Tang joined LANBAI in 2010. With nearly 15 years of experience working both as lawyer and in-house legal in multinational corporations in the field of labor and employment law, Ms. Tang advised many multi-national and domestic clients and has been highly recognized.
She advises and deals with cases of labor law issues such as employee recruitment, employment renewal, change in position, salary and benefits, rest and leave, work injury, disciplinary action, employment termination, intern and service personnel hiring, labor dispatch, and other labor and human resources matters involved in corporate business management.
Ms. Tang also advises and assists multinational companies in drafting, reviewing and revising various labor documents and in establishing internal rules, regulations and consultation processes, and companies on investigation of alleged misconduct of employees. She advises companies on investigation of disputes among employees and offers independent lawyer opinions and on HR management.
Ms. Tang advises companies on employee transfer plans and other matters associated with M&A projects. She assists companies in the redundancy project, including collection and analysis of employee information, designing redundancy plans, communicating with the local government, and providing onsite support including one-on-one negotiation with employees.
