Emrah Karadağ is the Managing Partner of Karadag Law Office. He specialises in corporate and commercial law and has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions (including private equity and restructuring transactions), joint venture transactions, capital financing, commercial agreements and privatisations. Emrah also has a profound expertise in compliance and litigation matters concerning employment law, intellectual property law, commercial law, administrative law, tax and white collar crimes.
Emrah represented local and international clients in their dealings and disputes from diverse industry sectors such as; chemicals, packaging, cosmetics, machinery, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, steel, services, media, telecommunications, energy and natural resources, food and beverages.
He graduated from Galatasaray University, School of Law in 2010 and earned his LL.M. degree at Özyeğin University, Institute of Social Sciences, in Private Law. He is a member of Istanbul Bar Association and speaks fluent English, French and intermediate level of Spanish.
