Ignacio is partner of the Employment Area at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
He specializes in labor law and social security and is an expert in labor implications derived from mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring processes, as well as outsourcing, top management, modification of working conditions, negotiation of collective agreements, collective dismissals and legal defense in judicial proceedings before the labor courts.
He holds a law degree from the University of Valladolid and is a qualified Senior Technician in Health and Safety. He completed the advanced program in Labour Relations at the Instituto de Empresa and an advanced course in International Law at the George Washington University. He did an international secondment at the New York office of Littler Mendelson.
