Born in Honoka`a, Hawaii, Bryan serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of L & L Franchise, Inc., which has 200 restaurant locations in 12 states and multiple international locations. In his position, Bryan oversees all day-to-day operations of the franchise, including seven functional departments: Accounting and Finance, Real Estate, Procurement and Purchasing, Human Resources, Marketing and Advertising, Franchise Development, and Franchisee Relations and Training.
Prior to becoming COO of L & L, Bryan practiced law, focusing on labor and employment law, corporate transactions, real estate, and government relations. He has successfully represented clients in many real estate and business deals, and in litigation before the state and federal courts as well as various government agencies.
