She specializes in employment and labor relations, corporate & commercial law, data protection, contracts, public procurement, and litigation (especially labor disputes). Ljubinka has also extensive in corporate reorganizations and HR restructurings including mass redundancies and layoffs, turnarounds, transfer of employees and trade union relationships and collective negotiations. Ljubinka holds a law degree from University of Belgrade, Faculty of Laws. She is fluent in English and Serbian.
