Kayleigh-Anne is an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team. Her main area of practice is Commercial Litigation within which she has a particular interest in Insolvency matters. She has assisted in high value contractual disputes and has appeared before the Magistrates Court and the Supreme Court in support of these and other cases.
Kayleigh-Anne’s career journey began in 2014 at one of our predecessor law firms, Ellul & Co., where she was a Legal Secretary. Later, she worked at the Gibraltar Land Registry during which time she also undertook her legal studies. In June 2022, she successfully completed the Bar Training Course at Cardiff University, also achieving a distinction in her Master’s in Law (LLM). Kayleigh-Anne was called to the Bar of England & Wales in July 2022 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Gibraltar as a Barrister and acting Solicitor in November 2023.
