Tomi Kemppainen is a partner at Castrén & Snellman and heads the firm's Employment law service together with Outi Tähtinen. He advises domestic and international clients in all aspects of employment law and has a particular focus on outsourcing arrangements, planning and implementing M&A deals as well as redundancy procedures and employment disputes. He has also led many cross-border outsourcing and reorganisation arrangements successfully. Mr Kemppainen is particularly familiar with the aviation, maritime transport and technology industries as well as the service and commercial sector, the finance and insurance sector, the media and the IT service sectors as well as the construction and real estate sector. Mr Kemppainen is a frequent lecturer on employment law for our clients, in training programmes arranged by private training companies and at Finnish universities. He speaks Finnish and English.
