Tomi Kemppainen is a partner at Castrén & Snellman and heads the firm's employment law service. He advises domestic and international clients in all aspects of employment law and has a particular focus on general employment issues, outsourcing arrangements and labour disputes. He has solid experience of dispute resolution in general courts and the Labour Court and of handling the employment law issues that arise in connection with the planning and implementation of M&A deals and outsourcing arrangements as well as of redundancy procedures. Mr Kemppainen is particularly familiar with the aviation, maritime transport and technology industries as well as the service and commercial sector, the finance and insurance sector, the media and the IT service sectors as well as the construction and real estate sector. Mr Kemppainen is a frequent lecturer on employment law for our clients, in training programmes arranged by private training companies and at Finnish universities. He speaks Finnish and English.
