Luigi Mahfoud is a lawyer with Cabinet Salès. His fields of expertise include Civil law (Contracts and Family Property Law), Business Law, Real estate law, and Arbitration and alternative dispute resolution methods. He focuses a significant part of his practice in the field of business, analysis and drafting of contracts. Recognized for his attention to detail and intellectual rigor, he was very quickly entrusted with important files, which led him to gradually develop his expertise in public procurement law and arbitration.
Driven by a constant interest in research, he joined the faculty of Quisqueya University in 2020 to teach law and pass on his love and vision of the profession to other generations. Before joining the firm in 2017, Mr. Mahfoud completed his internship at a notary's office, which gave him additional experience in this field of practice.
