Silvia is an Associate at Miranda & Associados, Law Firm, a member of the Miranda Alliance, specializing in Employment Law. Her legal practice is mainly focused on Francophone African jurisdictions. She advises a wide range of clients on all areas of individual and collective employment law, notably on matters relating to hiring and termination of employees, disciplinary/grievance procedures, collective bargaining actions, employee’s benefits and executive compensation issues in the context of corporate transactions, including reorganizations and restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and various funding transactions and financing arrangements.
