Tim Threadgill’s practice is focused on employment litigation, employment counseling and employee benefits. He has represented clients on labor and employment issues related to unfair competition and trade secrets litigation, restrictive covenants, retaliation, discrimination, and harassment. For over 30 years, Tim has represented businesses and management in employment litigation, restrictive covenant litigation and strategic counseling throughout the country.
He is a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Attorneys, and has been recognized by Chambers USA, Best Lawyers in America® and Mid-South Super Lawyers® for many years. Tim is a Fellow and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Mississippi Bar Foundation. He was selected as a Labor & Employment Star by Benchmark Litigation in 2021 and recognized by Who’s Who Legal for Labour & Employment for 2020-2021.
