Michelle is an Associate of the BLP offices in Nicaragua. She specializes in the Tax practice area.
Throughout her 8 years of experience in the legal field, she has advised national and foreign companies in tax and customs matters. She has gained expertise in the processes of audits and contentions by the fiscal and municipal authorities, preparation and processing of administrative resources in tax matters, including direct appeals to the court for remedies, and litigation in administrative tax disputes.
She joined the BLP team as an Associate in 2019. Previously, she worked as an associate at García & Bodán for 4 years where she began as a legal assistant.
