A Dartmouth native with a military background, Ainsley Francis, brings diverse experience and dedication to his legal practice.

Before joining the firm, he worked in workers’ compensation litigation and gained valuable experience through internships with the Federal Prosecution and Nova Scotia’s Department of Justice Legal Services Division. His education, work ethic, and service earned him the Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee Medal in 2023.
