Oksana has studied International private law at the Institute of International Relations of National Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv (2011-2014). She received the Bachalor of Philology degree at the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University (2009) and the Master's of Philology degree at Kyiv National Linguistic University (2010) as well.
Her work experience as Attorney of Attorneys’ Association Gestors includes: preparation of legal opinions on various issues of application of Ukrainian and foreign legislation, in particular in the sphere corporate and commercial law, labor law, dispute resolution and arbitrage: contractual work (drafting, reviewing, legal analyses of agreements including foreign economic and bilingual agreements); translation of agreements and supplementary documents from/into Ukrainian / Russian / English languages; participation in the settlement of contractual disputes; provision of foreign companies with a legal advice related to legal aspects of conducting of their activity in Ukraine (registration of representative office, preparation of documents required for its activities (corporate governance, etc.) and employment (drafting of employment agreements, internal company policies, internal labor regulations; employment of foreigners; reorganization and reduction of staff; legal advice on general issues of the labor law of Ukraine).
In 2016 – 2017 Oksana worked as an International lawyer for a Group of international companies and received experience in: legal assistance of business activity of the representative office of one of the foreign companies in Ukraine; legal support of foreign companies (business correspondence with non-residents, maintaining records of non-resident companies, translation of documents, drafting of protocols, decisions, obtaining official documents of non-resident companies, etc.); legal analysis and preparation of draft statutory documents for registration of foreign companies; legal analysis of existing, preparation and approval of new draft agreements (purchase and sale, software development agreements, etc.), related, in particular, to B2B-projects (white label, retail), non-disclosure agreements (NDA) etc., including agreements concluded in accordance with the legislation of such countries as Romania, Croatia, Great Britain, France, Belarus, Spain, Germany, Curacao; settlement of contractual disputes; preparation of applications for licenses and permits for gambling activities; preparation of legal opinions on various issues of application of Ukrainian and foreign legislation arising in the process of business activity of the group of companies; ensuring the interaction of companies with state regulatory authorities in Ukraine and abroad;
