Rosa is a Managing Partner at ALN Kenya | Anjarwalla & Khanna, which is generally considered the leading corporate law firm in Kenya and is the largest full-service corporate law firm in East Africa. She co-heads the employment practice and advises clients on employment, regulatory and compliance. She also specialises in corporate governance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions law.
Rosa is a regular speaker and moderator at legal and business conferences, including the Employment Law Alliance Annual Conference in Shanghai. She also spoke at the Lewis Silkin Europe Middle East and Africa Club’s Sub-Saharan African Comparative Employment Law Seminar in London.

Rosa is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a practicing public secretary, an accredited governance auditor and qualified to be a certified public accountant. She holds an MBA from the University of London, Queen Mary and an LL.B from the University of Nairobi.
