Mohammed Al Siyabi is an associate in the firm’s employment and litigation department with 5 years advocacy experience
before the Oman courts.
Mohammed has extensive exposure to the administrative functioning of commercial and criminal enquiry and investigation
procedures and has successfully represented many clients before the Royal Oman Police, the Public Prosecution and the
Courts.
Mohammed has valuable experience with civil, commercial and labour disputes, including labour strikes and dealing with
unions. Mohammed has also investigated employee grievances on behalf of clients. His portfolio of clients includes clients from
the aviation industry, oil and gas industry and state owned institutions.
