Ailie is a partner in the Employment Department. She advises clients on all aspects of employment law and has a specific focus on corporate transactions, restructurings and international projects.
Ailie has significant experience advising clients on the employment aspects of complex, often multi-jurisdictional, acquisitions and disposals, including private equity investments.
Her role frequently involves coordinating overseas employment advice, particularly in relation to employee transfers, changing terms and conditions and work force reductions. She assists clients to navigate through the complexity of multiple legal frameworks and works with them to develop multi-jurisdictional strategies.
Clients have commented on the standard of Ailie's work with one saying recently that she is “without exception, one of the best employment lawyers I have worked with. Her advice is commercial and she always thinks for a solution in a client focused way.”
Ailie is an active member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) and the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
She completed an MBA at Warwick Business School in 2018.
