Adam is a partner in the Employment Department. He advises UK and overseas employers on a range of employment and business immigration issues and is invested in understanding his client's needs over the long term.
His experience includes advising employers on the strategy for executive dismissals, board disputes and disputes with current and former employees, including senior executive issues and whistleblowing. Adam runs litigation in the Employment Tribunal and High Court and creates team move strategies. In addition, Adam leads teams supporting employers carrying out change programmes and advising on the employment aspects of corporate and commercial transactions, including TUPE and redundancy exercises. Adam also has particular expertise leading teams conducting investigations on anonymous whistleblowing complaints, high profile matters in the public eye and sensitive issues such as allegations of harassment or impropriety.
Adam is a strategic thinker and an expert in simplifying challenging scenarios, quickly finding a commercial solution to complex situations. He advises on business immigration issues and guides corporates on setting up as a sponsor and applications for Tier 2 and Tier 5 visas. He also advises on sole representative and Tier 1 visas and on business immigration issues in the context of business restructures, corporate transactions and joint venture arrangements, including the transfer of Tier 2 visas.
Adam regularly speaks at seminars and delivers training to HR teams and managers. He is also a contributor to the Chambers and Partners Outsourcing Guide.
