SyCipLaw Partner Ronald Mark C. Lleno contributed an article to the Korean Chamber of Commerce Philippines (KCCP) E-Newsletter for February 2023 (Volume 11), titled "Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Telecommuting Act". He co-authored this article with SyCipLaw Senior Associate Ramon I. Rocha IV, Associates Il Young Choi and Raymond Joseph S. Garcia, and Legal Assistant James Patrick L. Urquiola.

The article offers a brief on the revisions introduced by Department of Labor and Employment Department Order (DO) 237-2022 to DO 202-2019, which includes clarifying the status of employees under a telecommuting arrangement.
