Ragnhild J Nakling is a partner at Selmer and part of the employment law practice group. She specialises in employment law and litigation.
Ragnhild manages an extensive employment law practice through counselling and dispute resolution. She assists Norwegian and international clients on various matters such as reorganisations and workforce reductions, termination of individual employment and whistleblowing cases, and employment law issues arising in connection with transactions and transfer of undertakings. Ragnhild advises on pension, GDPR/personal data protection and remuneration schemes. She has assisted many clients within the private and public sectors with investigations, and she regularly litigates cases before the courts.
Ragnhild is an experienced speaker, and she regularly publishes within the field of employment law. In 2020, she published the commentary edition on the Norwegian Holiday Act at the Scandinavian University Press. She will publish a new book on employment law at the same publishing house in 2024. Together with her colleague Siri Falch-Olsen, Nakling hosts the podcast "Rett Sagt", where she gives weekly practical advice to employers on Norwegian employment law and work life.
