Eldrid Huseby Gammelsrud is head of employment law in Selmer and assists clients with advice and dispute resolution with all employment law issues. Eldrid has special experience related to whistleblowing matters, downsizing and restructuring processes, employee representation on the board, working time arrangements and transfer of business.
In addition, Eldrid has extensive experience in drafting employment agreements, handling personnel matters, termination of employment, negotiation of final agreements and governing law issues. Eldrid has previously participated in legislative preparatory work for the Norwegian authorities, in connection with changes to the notification rules in the Working Environment Act. The work consisted of preparing a report for the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs on notification rules in the EU and various countries' national legislation.
