Daniel Francisco is a senior associate in the Labor and Employment practice group, who specializes in labor law and corporate immigration. He participates in issues related to the hiring and dismissal of national and foreign personnel, social security, implementation of labor policies, reduction of labor costs, salary planning, and training and audits to observe compliance with labor and immigration regulations. He has been certified as a Global Mobility Specialist (GMS-T®) by ERC Worldwide (2022).
Daniel teaches the courses of Business Labor Law, Employer’s Powers and Working Conditions, and Foreign Personnel Hiring and Corporate Immigration at ESAN University.
