Gabriela is a member of the Pérez Bustamante & Ponce Labor team. Gabriela concentrates her practice on corporate advice on labor, social security, migration, and labor litigation matters in administrative and court proceedings. Her main focus is on helping companies to prevent labor disputes and comply with employer obligations as regards the administrative authorities. She also assists international executives and new investors in Ecuador with their immigration processes.
She has focused on alternative dispute resolution methods throughout her education and professional background. Having qualified as a mediator, she has concentrated on the mitigation of damages in labor legal cases.
