Gabriel (Gab) practices in all areas of labour and employment law. Prior to joining Neuman Thompson in October 2016, Gab worked as a general litigation associate at a regional firm in Edmonton. Gab has extensive Court experience. He has appeared on behalf of clients at all levels of Court in Alberta, and in the Federal Court of Canada. He has also represented clients in administrative hearings, mediations, and other alternative dispute processes.
Gab graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Alberta (Campus Saint-Jean) in 2009, and with a B.C.L. and an LL.B. from McGill University in 2012. Gab is fluently bilingual, and is able to offer legal services to clients in both French and English.
During his legal studies, Gab provided legal information and advocacy services to the general public. He has continued to provide the community with legal information and advice through his volunteer activities with the Civil Duty Claims Counsel of the Provincial Court of Alberta, and through his involvement with l'Association des juristes d'expression française de l'Alberta.
