Michal Zohar is a partner in Naschitz Brandes Amir’s Employment practice, where she focuses on advising the firm’s technology, life sciences, industrial, private equity and venture capital, and other corporate clients on a broad range of labor and employment matters.
Michal has extensive experience in employment counseling and litigation, covering all aspects of employment law relating to employee rights and compensation, social security and benefits, equal employment opportunity, reductions in force, and more. Michal’s counseling practice also includes negotiation of employment agreements, separation agreements, development and implementation of human resources policies, and traditional labor advice involving collective bargaining agreements.
In addition, Michal provides employment counseling in corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, financing, and restructuring, handling labor and employment due diligence.
