Charlotte Ward is a Senior Associate in the Guernsey litigation team. She has been working in the Guernsey legal industry since 2013. Prior to joining Mourant in 2021, she gained experience within the dispute resolution team of another large offshore law firm in Guernsey. She advises on all aspects of commercial dispute resolution, with a particular focus on funds, trusts and employment disputes.
