Stephanie Hurtado is a Senior Associate in the Labor & Employment Law practice at Morgan & Morgan. Her practice covers all aspects of Labor Law, with a particular focus on litigation for the judicial and extrajudicial representation of clients in resolving individual and collective labor disputes, employment terminations, collective bargaining and labor agreements, labor arbitrations, and social security matters.
Stephanie has advised national and international companies across various sectors, applying her technical and practical knowledge to manage complex disputes and provide strategic solutions.
Prior to joining the Firm, she worked at prominent local law firms, gaining progressive experience in labor law and actively participating in labor dispute resolution and corporate advisory matters. Stephanie holds a Law Degree in Law and Political Science with Honors from Universidad Americana. She has further enhanced her expertise with a Diploma in Labor Law from Universidad Latina de Panamá,a Diploma in Labor Procedural Law from the Centro de Excelencia Educativa de Panamá (CEEPDA) and a Continuing Education Certificate in Leadership from MIU City University Miami, strengthening her strategic approach to labor law practice.
