Sophia Lee is a Partner and leads the Labor & Employment Law practice group at Morgan & Morgan. She has over 15 years of experience in labor law advising renowned national and multinational companies.
She focuses her practice on all aspects related to Labor Law, specializing in judicial litigation and extrajudicial representation of clients for the resolution of individual and collective labor conflicts, terminations, negotiation of Collective Bargaining Agreements, labor arbitrations, among others.
Sophia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Political Science from Santa María La Antigua University in Panama, where she graduated with honors. She has a Postgraduate with Specialization in Labor Law and a Master's Degree in Labor Law from the same University. Additionally, she successfully completed studies in Specialization in Labor Law at the University of Salamanca, Spain, and later completed the Legal English and Law course at Boston University in London, England.
