Rita Ferreira Lopes joined the firm in September 2009. She is a member of the employment, pensions and immigration team. Previously Rita worked with the banking and finance team. Rita Ferreira Lopes provides day-to-day consultancy in all areas of labour and social security law, in relation to both individual and collective employment relationships. Acting on behalf of domestic and foreign clients, she has participated in several corporate restructuring processes and conducted proceedings for the termination of employment contracts. Rita participates frequently in postgraduate seminars and conferences in matters relating to labour law. She is a member of Team Genesis.
