Lana is an immigration lawyer in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She has practiced exclusively in the area of Canadian business immigration and personal immigration for over 10 years. She provides strategic advice to multinational corporations, small-medium businesses, and individuals on a variety of issues related to cross-border movement. Lana supports corporate clients in maintaining compliance with Canadian immigration laws, including responding to immigration audits. She assists her clients in a wide range of sectors in the preparation and submission of immigration applications for temporary residence, permanent residence, and citizenship.
Lana received her Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University in 2010 which included studies at Technologico de Monterrey in Mexico through the North American Consortium on Legal Education. Prior to studying law, Lana obtained her Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in International Relations from Mount Allison University in 2005.
