He also advises from a labor perspective in M&A, due diligences, complex compensation schemes for executives, hirings and terminations.
He is a leading member of the team developing MARVAL ia, a software that provides technical legal solutions for labor litigations, including predictions of rulings and support in the preparation of responses to complaints, powered by ia.
