The program’s goal is to prevent violence and promote equality in the workplace by training managers and directors, assisting companies in the development of their in-house trainings, certifying trainings, and fostering the exchange of best practices.

Through this program, Argentina seeks to comply with its duties under ILO Convention 190 on workplace violence and harassment.
