On July 9, Decree 455/2021 was published in the Official Gazette extending Presidential Decree 287/2021 until August 6. This last decree had established general preventive measures, such as curfew, to mitigate the spread of the SARS-Cov-2 Virus.

Decree 455/2021 also extended until August 6 Presidential Decree 274/2020 which had prohibited non-resident foreigners to enter the country through any airport, port, international passage or border center and any other access point.

The Presidential Decree will be in force starting on 10 July 2021.
